We work for you, not the insurance company. Currently, we do not take insurance. We accept HSA/FSA and can provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Check your out of network benefits with your insurance company to get a better idea of what might be reimbursed.

Depending on your insurance, a lot of times the out of pocket cost for your PT can cost you more using your insurance (combination of co-pays and need to meet deductible) than paying a flat fee. Sometimes you don’t see this bill for months after you’ve completed many visits of physical therapy. We typically see patients for less visits (and get you better in less visits!) and can provide you with a one-on-one, individualized experience where most insurance-based practices cannot. You’re not just a patient number here. We can also give you a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company; reimbursement depends on your out-of-network benefits.

Each visit is a flat fee. Anything we do in the visit and any remote rehab support, if included, is in this fee (exception is for those on a monthly programming subscription). No surprise bill months down the road! We do offer discounted visit packages, ask about these!

Coaching/training is individualized to your needs. It can combine in-person training with use of a remote app to build individualized workout plans. A lot of times people enjoy being on this plan after completing “formal rehab” and want structure for returning to higher level of activities or want to build their overall fitness.
